Emma Warren

Emma Warren spent 20 years at Board level working in a wide-range of industries gaining practical experience in senior positions, mainly in manufacturing companies.  This experience, combined with an MBA in Strategy & Operations Management, has given her an invaluable insight into the workings of businesses both large and small.  She’s now a non-executive Director of various growing entrepreneurial businesses.

Emma has extensive skills in strategic planning and an in-depth knowledge of finance and management and is a fellow of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, as well as a Chartered Director.

More importantly! She’s had coalface experience of running a growing business and is an active entrepreneur and business angel with wide-ranging business interests.  She understands the issues that our clients face.

She’s passionate about SME businesses and leadership and believes that a Board of Directors that stops learning, stops their business growing.

Her other big passions are her family and cooking (when she gets time!)
