All too often, as a busy person juggling responsibilities to a number of companies, we completely forget about ourselves and that’s not good.
To deliver the best solution for your clients, yourself and your family, you need to take some time out to develop yourself. Lots of people think that coaching isn’t for them – but we have developed a combination of coaching (which is where we help you find your answer) and mentoring (which is where we chuck in a bit of our hard-earned experience!), which we know really hits home in a practical way and makes a difference to your life. We know that you have a lot of experience (or you wouldn’t be a non-executive director) so we don’t teach you to suck eggs – but we do challenge your thinking and help you see the wood for the trees when it really matters.
We know that you want the best for your clients and that’s why people work with us – they want to be challenged and developed by people who have done what they are doing, but can also add in something different. Working as a non-executive director or chairman requires a different set of disciplines than those you employed as an operational director and we can help you discover and define what they are. We can also help you set and report back on targets for your own development, whilst you’re busy holding the Boards that you work on accountable for their business. At the end of the day, as a non-executive director you are selling your expertise – and you owe it to your clients to ensure that you are on top of your game – as well as theirs!
We take the time to get to know you as our client, and we work in a way that suits you – that way we both get results. We can do face-to-face, skype or phone coaching and our current clients will testify to the fact that we are very effective across all mediums. We are 100% confidential and always sign up to a non-disclosure agreement if required – we know that your affairs are extremely sensitive.

For a relatively small proportion of your fee earning potential per month, you will get the time and space to think and develop your thoughts and cut through the isolation that is sometimes felt by non-execs.
How can you work with us?
We offer two packages so that you can benefit from committing to us as an organisation:
Our ad hoc hourly rate is £150 per hour plus VAT (& expenses if we travel to meet you). Use us as and when you need to and we can help you work through specific issues or problems.
OR
Sign up for our 6 month support programme, which consists of a 90 minute initial call or meeting, followed by 4 x 1 hour telephone support sessions, timed to suit you. We decide together what you want to get from the programme and then set objectives to be reported back on during the next call. This costs £600 (plus VAT & travel expenses) and represents a substantial discount on our ad hoc programme.
